Before & After

Invisalign®

How does

Invisalign® in Rickmansworth work?

Invisalign® is made up of a series of clear, plastic, removable aligners which sit over the top of your teeth and comfortably guides teeth into their final position. Change your aligners on a weekly basis to allow for the gradual movement in your teeth.

Step 1

At your initial consultation, we will assess your teeth and gums. We will then take 3D digital images of your teeth which will show how your teeth will move and look once treatment has finished.

These digital images form the basis of your Invisalign treatment plan and will be used to custom make your unique aligners which will fit your teeth exactly.

Step 1

Step 2

Once your Invisalign® aligners are ready, we will invite you back to the surgery in Rickmansworth to show you how to wear your aligners. You may find it strange at first, but you will soon get used to wearing your removable braces.
Step 2

Step 3

Wear your Invisalign® aligners for a minimum of 22 hours a day and change them on a weekly basis to the next set in the series. This allows for the small movement in your teeth. Wear your aligners until your teeth have reached their final position and you can show off your stunning
new smile.
